I went to the one in Middletown. The service was ok. I had to ask for the young lady to change the gloves she was using because she swept the floor while wearing those gloves and was going to prepare my subs with those gloves. Major germs! I thought people in the food service knew this.

Absolutely wonderful first experience ordering at Capriotti's! Easy online ordering. Quick pickup and the food was OUTSTANDING! I cannot give enough stars for the incredible Vegetarian Turkey sub! I've never had veggie meat that tasted so good!! We will be ordering again soon...

Very good, Everytime I'm in Delaware I stop at Capriotti's for a chicken steak sub. We are never disappointed.

I find this location to be a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and the staff is friendly, sometimes it's not and the staff isn't.

My husband and I always get the Italian sub on fridays.

They make an awesome vegetarian turkey sub! It’s nice to see a restaurant that is actually up to date. They have multiple veggie sub options too.

I generally have a great experience with Capriotti's. But this time, the Turkey in the Bobby seemed a bit stale. It did not smell bad but some of the pieces were hard and chewy. Not the usual quality.

Being a customer of Caps , back to the 80's I gotta say , things have changed , ordered one Italian sub , it arrived Without peppers or oil , both which were requested at the register , one of the meats seemed just a bit gamey , the second stale sub was supposedly' a turkey sub ... however missing the flavors distinctive to what Caps became known for on Union St ... I am going to need to stop at Union St store and reexperience /find , if its a location issue , or current day norm , I am rather torn on stars ratings due to all variables... p.s. ... I dont advocate the new JsyMks inflated prices with the smaller sandwiches ... ahhh the days of Claymont and Penny Hill subs .

Italian subs here are good most of the time, but seems to depend on who made it. The sub roll bread, when it is real fresh should be real soft and chewy. Otherwise, it taste like day old bread or bread that has sat out all day, I can always tell the difference.

The store in Middletown has alot of concerns. However, the one in Bear and the one by Wilmington airport are the Best subs and biggest in Delaware!!! The staff in Bear and by airport are friendly and fast with making your sandwich. They have some really different types of subs too and the Bobbies are the bomb!
